Hardly enough information there, but here are things to check:

1. Use the latest dbsight version? 2. indexing process is finished? 3. check what files existing here:

  WEB-INF/data/indexes/cloudy/main

especially there is a file called? It's a flag showing the index is built successfully.

  WEB-INF/data/indexes/cloudy/main/ready

i have checked carefully and main directory as well as read file have formed correctly.
The reason i found is that server need to be started after every indexing processing.
Is is a bug in software or something else ????

Could be a bug related to indexing. When at the end of the indexing, the searver should refresh the index reader. A recent bug that can lead to this has been found and fixed in version 1.4.4. It was a by-produce of a security fix.

If you are using 1.4.4, or 1.4.5 beta, please do let us know.
